- I had specifically purchased this due to having a split strike plate, not what we received and response was that the picture (and detailed plan showing the specification / dimensions on the strike plate) was for information only. Seems strange to include so much detail in the website if it’s not accurate. Poor response - was expected to return at my own cost even though the item was not at all as described. Just felt the service is poor in this instance
