I sent this back and asked for a refund because the oak board looked very inferior. It was sort of yellow with a gaudy wood grain on it, and did not look at all like the other oak items I have in my flat. It almost looked like plastic imitating wood. I didn't like the look of the antique brass either. In replacement I bought a different hat and coat rack from Hiatt, chrome on a white board.

It came with black wire hooks on a piece of soft wood stained brown. One of the hooks wasn’t straight. Not as described. Disappointing really as all the ironmongery I’d bought was good quality and as described.

Wasn't what I wanted but bought because it was sold as 400mm. It's actually 450mm which is very frustrating because the gap i had was only 430, so I've had to cut it to size. There was another rail available which I preferred at the same size, and for £10 less but I didn't buy that one because it was too big. Very frustrating! Quality is okay, but nothing special for the money and seems flimsy on the wall but let's see.
I would have preferred that you advise the size of drill bit required. Also, the plugs are unusual with 4 bits sticking out at the end. I have to use my own plugs and screws
